Dominique is a Florida native and began dancing at the age of four. She received most of her training at Highland School of Dance in Lakeland, FL, under the direction of Hayley Amis-Stewart. One of her most favorite experiences at HSD was performing in The Great Russian Nutcracker with the Moscow Ballet. She was a member of the George Jenkins High School Wind Dancers team where she participated in annual summer camps with the Universal Dance Association.
She received both a Bachelor of Science in Resort and Hospitality Management (concentrating in Event Management) and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (concentrating in Higher Education) from Florida Gulf Coast University. While in graduate school, she danced semi-professionally for the Florida Everblades ECHL hockey team and received the Melody Lynn Community Service Award for both her rookie and veteran years.
Dominique recently relocated to Indianapolis and is excited to share her passion for dance at TDC with young dancers in hopes to foster a positive relationship with dance training and performing while building lifelong friendships.
